Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Items must be:

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 30 days and issued in the original form of payment.
Refunds include the item cost plus applicable sales tax (shipping and handling are non-refundable).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Support within 24 hours or at the time of receipt at 01827 426426. Failure to report damages after signing for the delivery or not advising the courier of \"damaged\" when receiving may result in no full/part refund.
